TERMS and CONDITIONS
Our terms and conditions of hire are as follows:
We request payment of a non refundable deposit of £80.00 at the time of booking, together with a completed booking form.
The remaining balance falls due four weeks before the wedding, we will send you a letter with a request of this payment and to confirm all of the details of your booking including venue/ route etc.
Any amendments to the arrangements specified on the booking form must be notified to us in writing.
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation this must be notified to us in writing at the earliest possible opportunity. Once paid the full balance is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation less than 21 days before the date of the wedding.
We have a strict ”NO SMOKING” policy.
Although we will always endeavour to meet deadlines, we cannot accept any responsibility for any delays resulting from unseen circumstances on the roads- i.e. major road works, accidents, etc.
We endeavour to maintain all our cars to the highest standards possible but cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever in the unlikely event of a breakdown/accident etc. If possible a replacement vehicle will be despatched and a full refund of any monies paid will be given back to you. This will discharge in full our liability to you.
We take every care to ensure the personal property is kept safe and secure but cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage thereto.
In the event of any internal or external damage being caused to our vehicles by the client/clients guests or any other party, the client will be liable for the repair costs in full.
